Sanchez Machine’s Journey

Here at Sanchez Machine our specialty is designing and manufacturing high quality paintball parts that suit anyone’s needs. CEO Luis Sanchez has been creating and designing paintball products since the early 1990s. He has manufactured products for companies such as WGP, System X, Angel Group, Taso, & many other companies.

In 1998 we designed and released the Stone Cold II barrel, followed by the G3 & SM G3 Series in 1999-2000. Within three years the SM-1 Series barrel was designed, which included the SM-1 three piece, the SM-1 single piece, & the SM-III. This series took the pro paintball industry by storm as one of the most accurate barrels on the market. 

The innovation didn’t stop there. In 2006 Luis Sanchez took the paintball barrel to the next level with the premier of the SM-1 Orbium Series. Putting all his years of experience into the design, Luis created a unique muzzle & porting design that not only increases the velocity, but also lowers the sound of your paintball markers. Thanks to the unique hole pattern & diameter of each port, pressure is evenly distributed from behind the paintball as it exits the muzzle. With no turbulence and no spin on the paintball this results in a straight flight pattern. The Orbium barrel will definitely increase the performance of your paintball marker.

Today we continue to look for ways to bring innovation and new styles, such as the return and revamping of the Brotherhood Marker.

The Original SM-1 Barrel System

All of the products from the Sanchez Machine Barrel System line are original designs. The barrel itself consists of detachable pieces that are connected by threading. There is a stainless steel section and an aluminum section. The uses of both stainless steel and 6061T6 Grade aluminum creates a very durable barrel and still have the barrel remain reasonably priced. Also, with the use of two materials, we are able to possess and apply the strengths of each material. The stainless steel gives the paintball a lower level of friction upon early acceleration which increases gas efficiency. The aluminum tip allows the barrel to be lighter weight, and the symmetrical design of the porting found in our barrels decrease the amount of sound coming from the gun.
